Details	Industry's most popular, high-performance automatic bundler built around Mosca's DC brushless direct drive technology.	Designed speci?cally for strapping trays destined for the United States Postal Service, the USP-2/Traymaster straps sleeved mail trays lengthwise, in the direction of the conveyor.
Features	Straps up to 30 bundles/min with press. Bottom mounted, all electric strapping head available with Mosca Standard 3 Heat SEal or Sonixs ultrasonic sealer technology. Sonixs sealer head features ulatrsonic sealing, innovative gripper, knife and head design using sealed linear bearings proven to stand up extremely well to dirt and dust buildup Hinged Infeed and Exit Conveyour. Robust Contruction with new unibody sheet metal cabinetry. Easy strap coil change with snap-on dispener. Siemens type S7 programmable PLC control with hot swap modules.	The USP-2/Traymaster straps automatically at speeds up to 30 trays per minute, without trayturning or transfer accessories. Excellent reputation while operating in extremely high-cycle, high-speed environments. 400+ installations in mailing rooms and U.S.P.S. facilities. System incorporates technologically advanced design and fabrication methods with extremely close tolerances for solid and long-wearing construction. Straps all standard corrugated and plastic corrugated full and half-trays with low-cost 5mm plastic strapping. Two operating modes: Bypass and Automatic. The system features proven, non-jamming, self-threading strap feed and a highly-reliable tensioning system and sealing head.
